The COVID pandemic is starting to ease and the government have said that we can reopen from the 4th of July!
We will be putting in place a lot of new measures to help keep Hartland House clean and tidy ready for your visit.
Check in time will now be later – 4pm for all check ins. No access will be allowed whilst our cleaning team are in the house.
Hard Copy – welcome back has been removed. You can get a ‘soft copy’ at this link - http://hartlandhouseapple.wix.com/holiday
Hand Sanitizers will be provided at front and back door, plus on the upstairs level
Anti-Bacterial sprays will be left in the two kitchens for the guests use (along with kitchen towel)
A pack with dishcloth, dishwasher tablets etc. will be provided for each party of guests
One toilet roll will be left in the kitchen (for hygiene and to reduce waste0, please inform guests that they need to provide
Please inform guests that all soft furnishings – cushions in the lounge and in bedrooms, including throws have been removed for the time being.
Please inform guests that all leaflets, DVD’s, Cards and Puzzles (high touch items) have been removed for the time being.
We will be introducing more measures as the guidance becomes avaliable to us in the coming days.
